These high school kids need supervison, twice i have been in the store in front of the ice cream with one other customer in the... store and 4 workers in the back and no one acknowledged that i was even there for 6 mins. several with the earbuds/airpods inear. they really need someone with authority and customer service experience to teach those kids. Worth it. The ice cream flavors were great & the cookies were awesome
The staff here at this location gave me and my family the worst look when we walked in. If i could give negative stars i would.... Specifically the girls that work here. It was as if they were bothered with the fact that we walked in. I understand it was9:40pm and you close at 10pm, they showed no professionalism whatsoever. Would not recommend. Read more
Customer Service is pretty dry ; they don?t speak when you walk in - no thanks, you?re welcome, nothing of that sort. Ice cream... was good i guess. The location is usually clean, never really any long lines. Just wish the customer service was better, butwhat can you expect from a bunch of teens. Read more
