This is a small chain of restaurants that serve a Tex Mex style of seafood. The place is always packed. Sometimes there is a... wait, so be prepared. The Mambo Rice is amazing. We typically order the Chelada Shrimp and the Diablo fish. Most everything isgood there. For the price, the quality, quantity, and service is top notch. The atmosphere is kind of a market/ dive bar- so beprepared. If you drink alcohol/ beer, the Michelada is fantastic. It is a spicy drink which you vmcan have with the beer of yourchoice. There are non alcoholic options as well, including the amazing Mango Lava. Be sure to try both. We regularly come hereand have family from out of town that insist on coming here every time they visit. Read more

Very good seafood restaurant. The food & service is excellent. You can order a domestic or imported beer and they will serve... you a complimentary Michelada mix for your beer to add some Mexican spice to it. The Shrimp cocktail is very delicious and theydon't skimp on the amount of shrimp. Fried fish, shrimp, and stuff crab is out of this world. And of course their fried rice istheir signature side and is excellent. Very enjoyable dinner experience here at the 290 Tidwell location. By the way, eatingoutdoor in their patio is also an enjoyable experience. Read more
