Poor management skills located at the Shenandoah Texas. Maybe that's why the turn over rate is so high.
I am very disappointed about how I have been treated by members of store #8 management team regarding order #95 that was placed... by phone on May 11, 2021 four minutes prior to closing. Let me explain, On this Tuesday night after placing the order (order#95) I was assured that I would be able to pick the order up because it was well understood that I was about 10 minute away whichwould put me at the store after closing time. About five minutes into my trip I was contacted by someone at the store asking mewhat my estimated time of arrival was and I repeated the same "a little after closing". When I arrived I parked in a togoparking and called the store and it just went to voicemail. I did this several times while waiting an additional ten minutesafter which I decided to leave a voicemail explaining everything and asking for a call back. Next day I waited the entire dayand never received a call back so I called again eventually and spoke with a server who was there the night of the incident andremembered the order. That person referred me to a manager for whom I gave the details to and that person said that he was busyand could not assist me but said that he would call me back. I regretfully have to report that I never got a phone call back. Iwould continue to call at different times the following days and either I get put on an indefinite hold or the phone wouldmysteriously hang up. Keep in mind that all this started back on the 12th of May and today is the 21st of June and I still haveno resolve. However I did speak with a manager on May 19, 2021 at or around 7:00 pm named Sertiano or something to that effectbut that was a bad experience because he was really defensive, condescending and rude before he threw it all off on anothermanager named Matt before hanging up on me. Been coming to this place for many years and the quality is definitely going down and prices up. Your waiters served me... leftovers and for that I am dropping my 4 star rating back to 1. Also I am no longer comfortable dining at this location as thewaitstaff have tried twice to add unordered charges to my bill. Lupe you are now Dupe. Read more

The grotesque service and management role being ran by a staff of ignorant donkeys. I would not Recommend this place for a large... group of people as the sensitive staff does not withhold the proper etiquette to maintain a hostess position. Regardless of thefact that they are not abiding by COVID restrictions and regulations. Read more

Extremely unorganized company. Every employee I've worked with has issues with corporate. You definitely do not take care of... your employees work affairs even something as simple as mailing a W2 to the correct address....why make it mandatory to doeverything online when it doesn't even work?! Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend. My husband and I both got sick after eating here. We spoke with the manager on duty... Atreyou and he was rude and non helpful. He recommended I contact corporate in Houston ( for Paola B). I called and left herseveral messages and they have fallen on deaf ears. So, I called the following Monday and spoke with Elizabeth who took mycontact information for general manager Kelton( who has NOT) contacted us and it's been almost a month. We also had a gift card,that wouldn't work and had not been used. However, Manager on duty Atteyo said, " there was nothing he could do".
