On my last visit I noticed a difference. The food was not tasteful and seems the Manager is new. The previous manager who was... there through the pandemic had improved the quality of the food made it a go to place.I don't think I will be coming thereanytime soon. The quality of the food as gone down tremendously! My family and I have eaten at Luby's for years. However, during the last... year or so, I can truly say that the quality and taste of the meals are atrocious! Even the desserts no longer taste good orfresh, and of course, the portion size has been reduced by half. I am truly disappointed that quality No Longer Matters to thisfranchise! Read more
The food was surprisingly delicious, I will definitely be back. I never knew Luby's could be so good and have so many... selections, everything was great. This is THE go-to spot if you crave a nice variety of meal options from Luby's. They have the cornbread dressing that is always... on point. It's always bustling with activity. There's plenty of seating. Parking may be an issue since it's located in a busypart of town (Med Center). Everything tastes good and they seem to be consistent. Highly recommended. Read more
I usually love Lucy's, I've even worked at one in the past. When I went to this one the other day it took them 20 minutes to... bring out what I ordered and when I got it it was extremely salty. So I traded it for something else which took another 20minutes, and they brought me the wrong sides. The waitress not only was horrible and ignored me, but she also would yell ma'amat me anytime I tried to walk to the counter to handle something myself without her doing it. I'm assuming because you wanted abetter tip. And to make matters worse it was not busy at all there were hardly any customers in there at the time so therereally wasn't any good excuse for such a bad experience. Read more

This is a very special place where you are not just treated as guest but as family. The staff is always on point and has a... professional and courteous disposition and great to be around. On that night one of the waitresses had a birthday and wasdedicated to show up for work. Instead of her waiting on me I should have been waiting on her she is one of many that work atlocation I enjoy seeing and will continue to support.
