I ordered the liver with onions with 2 sides included. I got green beans and bacon and cucumber salad . The beans were from a... can and the cucumber salad got no flavor. The liver was good and a large portion for 2 meals. The corn bread was good too. Ilike potatoes but I didn't see then in the menu. Also the order was cold and I don't care to microwave my meat becuase it makesit tough. The price was fine. I have been eating in Lubys cafeterias since 1980,now i am a senior and I hope next time I ordersomething it will be better. Read more
I had a terrible experience at this location and the service was horrible. I went there on my lunch break because I was craving... the fired fish combo. The fish was undercooked onn the inside and too hard on the out. So I asked the waitress could I have apiece fried fresh and I wanted to place another order to go for my co worker. The waitress was an older lady who really didn'tunderstand English, so she didn't put in the request to fry 2 new pieces of fish to go instead she just brought me anotherpiece that was hard,cold, and undercooked. So I explained to the server in the back her name was Maritza, That the food that Ihave already purchased was not to my satisfactory and I won it a new piece of fish and my sides were cold and the macaroni andcheese were very gummy as well as I wanted to place another order to go they act like they understood and then brought me oneorder to go and told me my to go order was already served to me and that she was only gonna give me what I paid for. When I tryto explain the situation she then told me she's not in it and walk away a manager came out and brought me a new piece of fish togo. So by this time I'm over my lunch didn't have anything to eat and no one apologized for the inconvenience. I want beback!!!!! Read more

Been coming here for about a decade now! I?ve seen some people come and go during that time but management has always been... good! If there is anything you want or need you just need to ask an employee. Never had anything weird happen here either. Iusually try to come when it?s not so busy so I can have a decent 25 minute lunch break but my family has bought me here duringpeak hours and I?ve been here during peak myself as well. Food is always served fresh, and if there is something that isn?t toofresh, just simply ask and they will take care of it for you right away. Nice little place for lunch or family dinners. The clientele is primarily over 70 or over 300, or both. I only go here in memoriam of my grandparents. The Mac & Cheese is... sticky. The fried Okra is crunchy. The Chicken Fried Steak is delicious. But don't expect to take an Instagram photo of it,because it is 50 shades of beige. Read more
Food always taste fresh. The Mac and cheese is sooo good!! The chicken fried chicken and Angus steak was really good as well.... The red potatoes which were my go to side are looked old so I chose mashed potatoes with gravy instead. Read more
The food looked good but it taste absolutely nasty... the shrimp taste like old grease and the Mexican cornbread was old dry and... hard as a rock. The only thing I enjoyed was the yellow corn... I will never go back there again. Read more
Fish tasted so plain. Barely any seasoning. There were no potatoes. Then they blamed it on a potato shortage. Wow. I almost... left, but my ten month old son was past hungry. macaroni an the fish were cold as soon as we sat down. The waiter was crazybusy. I didnt dare ask to have him warm our plate.
