Food was good but cafeteria style leads to some confusion as to what is included and what is extra. Is butter included with a... roll or extra? Is a roll included with an entree or extra? Etc. Overall, a good meal with spot on service. Read more
For some reason there?s rudeness at the location at 11595 fuqua. ?Mandy? who suppose to be a manager was very rude,... condescending, disrespectful, & almost racial by calling me angry as in an angry black woman. As a black woman that didn?t goover well with me. My question to the cashier was so what if I didn?t want to pay .50 cent for the packaging how would I receivemy food?. And Mandy immediately went in by saying all restaurants is doing this ma?am very rudely. Then she proceeded to mock mebehind my back by making faces thinking I didn?t see and when I asked for the manager her response ?I am the manager? then Iasked for her name she got loud and spelled it ?MANDY? which I felt that was rude. I asked for corporate number she said ?oh Idon?t know their number.? a managers job is to deescalate a situation, there was nothing about her actions that spokedeescalation. I love this Lubys. Fresh and delicious all the times I've visited. The staff we know are very friendly and helpful. Though the... waitress we had this time only came to see us for drinks only twice and we were there about an hour.Oh and yes clean restroomtoo. I either rarely go for breakfast. Lunch is the best! I either get the bacon cheese steak or the fish with dirtyrice(delicious) or white rice and top it off with their delicious cheese cake to die for! I hope when you visit you have thesame experience! Came in at open with 20+ people. Last minute. They help set up everything rather quickly, put our birthday cake in the fridge.... Helped with trays for toddlers and elderly. Cut a straw for our baby. Customer service is amazing! Thank you fro taking care ofus! Read more
I alway order thru Uber eats for this location. Ordered at 12:20 paid $1.50 extra for it to be priority received my food within... 18 min of ordering ???? impressed and my food is just like I was just served in restaraunt fresh! Read more
The food was terrible. Granted I went 30 minutes before they closed and it's Buffett food so I wasn't expecting greatness. The... chicken fried steak was stale and cold and disgusting. I took one bite and asked them to switch it out for the fried fish, whichwas equally gross. The vegetables are always good. Especially the Mac and cheese and fried okra.
