DO NOT GO HERE!! IF YOU ORDER AHEAD THEY WILL GIVE YOUR ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE!! I?d give this place -10 stars if I could.... Ordered ahead and arrived at the store just to find out they gave my order away to someone else. Worker at the front, who mayhave been the owner, was extremely rude and unfriendly, did not care at all that my order was given away. All he said was ? Youshouldn?t have been late? when I was there only 5 minutes after they said it would be ready. He proceeded to tell me how he hadbigger orders to prepare and mine wasn?t important. Didn?t even offer anything to make up for THEIR mistake. This place is thedefinition of bad customer service. If you wanna waste your time and money, then go to this place. The location I went to has construction around it so kind of hard to get to. Not that establishments fault but once you get... there it is wonderful food and friendly people. Their 3 piece fish dinner is my favorite with dirty rice. The price point isexcellent for the portions given and the flavor is awesome. Try it out if your in the Copperfield area of Houston. I love their fried chicken. The food is freshly made, hot and good and crispy. It is mildly seasoned. We get the buns and fries... to go. I will avoid the fountain drinks add on from now as the taste is not that good. The coke had a weird soapy taste toit. The staff is courteous and professional. I always call and place my order and pick it up at the place. The strip mall it islocated is a little shabby so keep your eyes open. We have never experienced anything but we always pick up out food and take ithome. Biggest take is that the food, the chicken us halal. Read more
$8.50 roughly plate. Definitely didn?t like the grease fries. I?m not a fan of cornmill fish either so as soon as I seen it I... knew I personally wouldn?t like it. But to each it?s own. BUT it was good and the tarter sauce wasn?t half bad either. Veryfishy taste. But overall not bad. Just not my particular taste. Fish was fresh and hot! Entire meal was wrong , horrible. I ordered the $5.99 meal 1fish 1chicken , a side and roll. My side was supposed to been green... beans, fish (catfish) and a mild thigh. Got a spicy ( Heartburn city for me) thigh, Red beans and rice with horrible flavors,and I assume Sawi which I hate but had the most flavor . All served by the manager that stayed in back of store. So was hard tocomplain, after him coming to front after being inside 5 minutes to make the order. This is Hwy 6 North. I went in just to dothe review after secret shopping. Folks must do better.
