Celebrated Father's day at my favorite Mexican Restaurant, Los Cucos when I was down in Houston. Had a very short wait on a... very hot day. Cooled off with a frosty and delicious strawberry Margarita. I ordered my usual 3 ground beef enchilada platewith beef gravy. Their term for "gravy" is ours for chili. Can't beat the price of $15.99 for that entree. It was sodelicious, the mixture of seasoned ground beef, cheese, tortillas and sauce hot the spot. Another new experience that I found tasty and was unlike the flavor profiles of other Mexican food restaurants I've been... to.
