Long John Silver?s A&W is one of our favorite pairings. We would love one in Tomball. The food was good. Some items were cold.... The site is in good repair but needs to be cleaned good. The staff is friendly but slow and did not seem to be working together.The restroom was very dirty and I could not let the kids go in. Our drinks were forgotten. And no one helped the cashier catchup. I was disappointed. Three stars is for a great building and not awful food. Read more
I have not been to a long John in a while and now I remember why. This place is the worst ever. The service was the worst. Our... order was not right. The food was horrible. The coleslaw taste like a chemical. The burger patties were burned only on one side.We ordered the combination platters that was nearly 12 bucks each. We got barely like 7 fries in the box. It was half empty. Theroot beer was horrible as well.... taste like straight syrup. Don't come here. Not worth the time, wait and money. Neveragain....... hope it was just this location. Read more

The double cheese burger was horrible.. The meat was precooked and wet.. not fresh off the grill.. but straight out of the... microwave.. only the fry's were good.. I trashed the burger... DON'T DO IT Read more
Ok so, I ordered me and my family food from here a few days ago because I was excited to see that there was a Long John Silver... left. The last time I had it I was 6 and that was back in 1995. So of course the taste wasn?t the same as I remembered, but Iate it anyway (what I could). The batter was hard and it was FAR TOO MUCH of it! The shrimp tasted undercooked with a lot ofbatter surrounding it like a blanket, not even attached to the shrimp. I should?ve never ate that second shrimp ????, I couldn?teven finish the dinner. A few moments later after I ate what I did, I felt sick to my stomach, I couldn?t rest for workproperly. Long story short, I ended up with food poisoning! Luckily I work at a hospital. I?m so disappointed, but I?m relievedmy 1 year old son didn?t eat any of it other than the fries. I?m just gonna leave this place back in the 90s. I ordered a 3-piece (breaded) chicken tender meal, and recieved A&W chicken tenders, instead of the ACTUAL chicken tenders I... desired. When I called to let the manager know about the mistake, she said I'd have to communicate with DoorDash to see if theycould redo the order. I got a refund to reorder the meal and tried to call the store and let them know. Read more
Fish and chicken with Fries! They are the icons of fish and chicken with extra crispy crunchy bits. Kinda greasy, but definitely... worth the trip for the meal. If the only thing you went here for was the Root Beer . It would still be great . You can't getthat taste in a bottle.. The A&W Root Beer rocks!! Read more
