Y?all need to get it together. This store Always read this Always steal my money. Every time I make an order my order is... delivered incomplete and they NEVER refund my money. The employees are very very rude and start screaming at you and neverresolved anything. The manager is the worst instead of helping she starts a fight with you even when you?re trying to be nice. Awesome service. The orders are correct, taste good and somehow provided with a kind smile and a positive attitude. The... employees work really hard. They stay at a fast high tempo pace and I don't know how they accomplish such and still keep apleasant helpful mindset as they serve a diverse customer base whose personalities run the gamut of nice to nasty. Thankfully,most customers are nice and they have no reason to be nasty since they are getting top shelf competent service. I'm notkidding. I am an athlete of sorts and I would be laid out and exhausted if I tried to keep up with the staff at thislocation. Thanks ..... Read more

the worst little caesars i have ever been to i ordered online i came back 20 minutes later my order was supposed to be ready to... pick up i had the code but when i arrived my order wasn't ready i had to stand in a long line to ask the cashier for my order Iwas upset since I arrived I asked her for my order and she told me that it was not ready that I had to wait another 20 minutes Iasked her again for my order she told me that my order was not there that she did not know what had happened I waitedapproximately 1 Waiting for an hour for them to return my order, I was already stressed and I asked again what had happened tomy order. I normally would maybe give them 4 ???? but today was the worst day to go. I instantly saw how crowded it was the moment I... arrived. So I decided to just order online and wait in car til my order was. But my order wasn't even ready when the app says itwas supposed to be ready, it was nearly 30 minutes after it the time it then was ready. In the meantime I after wait for so longI decided to in plus the crowd was gone. While I was inside the employees were so unprofessional cussing each other out beingall angry while their so called manager was sitting in her car. Placed an order and it said it would be ready between 6:35-6:40. I arrive at 6:30 and no one even came to the window until 6:38.... Then I was told my order wasn?t ready and wouldn?t be ready for 10 minutes. I asked to cancel the order and was told only amanager can do that and the manager is speaking to their manager in a meeting and unavailable but I could come back. I wentaround the drive through again and lo and behold my pizza was ready. Got home and the pepperoni pizza I had ordered was a burnedcheese pizza. Went back to exchange it and they closed the drive through window in our face. Finally get the pepperoni pizza andit?s severely undercooked. Worst location ever. Read more

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks on the app thinking I'd wait a few minutes, get the notification that it was ready, and drive... up there to pick it up. The notification never came so I went up there to see if it was ready. When I got there the store wasfull of people waiting on their orders. I asked about mine and immediately noticed the confusion on the face of the lady behindthe counter. As I looked past her to the kitchen, it was pure chaos. There were what looked like 10 to 15 pizzas in the processof being made but not anywhere near the oven. The frustration amongst the other customers was increasing exponentially as theywaited in vain for their orders. I decided to stick it out and wait for my order. An hour and twenty minutes later I FINALLYgot it and left. I'm never going back to this location again. That's a shame too because it's within walking distance of myhouse. I'll drive elsewhere to get pizza in the future. Read more

Everything was taking too long and there was no sense of urgency. My older sister ordered a pizza and a 2 liter tea for me and... my nephew and in the email it said the pizza was ready but it couldnt be put in the portal oven (even though we only ordered onepizza). As i went inside the line was already backed up and it wasnt moving at any type of fast pace any time soon. When i foundout the code for the pizza portal didnt work i checked the email and thats when i saw they didnt put it in the pizza portal. Soi hopped in line and stood there for almost 20 to 30 min and then when i finally got to the front of the line i had to waitanother 10 minutes because the cashier was taking orders and making pizzas. The coworkers in the back were absolutely no helpand didnt even try to help the cashier dish out the orders faster. The little ceasers on broadway street in pearland is wayfaster and better than what i experienced here. Read more

This is not a criticism on the pizza or the location, but the service. We had ordered six pizzas the day before our last day of... school and had everything arranged ahead of time. As a mother of one our children was gracious enough to go and pick up theorder, the staff told her the order was never placed. We had confirmed the name, time, price and everything for the order, butunfortunately our kiddos didn?t have pizza as a last farewell this school year. If ordering from this particular location, makesure to get the name of the person you are speaking to and a confirmation number. Read more
