Hello everyone. I work in 99cent shopping center and I always get pizza from here and inside employees told me they have mouse... running inside and all the trays and everything is nasty and they don?t take care of it. It closes at 10pm, at 905pm I Sat at the drive thru, only person for 5 minutes before someone came. Asked for 2 basic hot and... readies. Rolled her eyes and laughed saying we only have one and we close soon. How is soon 55 minutes when the pizzas are readyin 15-25 at the most. No these young kids just don't want to do their jobs. Beyond disappointing! For starters the lobby was closed and then the man who took my order could barely hear me because he had ... in. I ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread and was told it was 10 for cheese because they didn?t have any. Problem one anothercustomer after 20+ minutes had to tell me my food was ready. Problem two you either walk up to the drive up window or get backin line just to get your food. Problem 3 when I get my food that?s been sitting for I don?t know how long when I get my food onethe box is sweating from just sitting and when I asked he has a customer tell me verses them coming?.mind you it?s like 4 carswaiting with me the young man says well how else was I supposed to tell you? Pizza was tasty. Waited for my pizza for 30 minutes that was supposed to only take ten. Lot of angry people standing around.... They also refuse to take phone orders, you have to order online or walk in only. Ordered a supreme pizza but it was stingy ontoppings. These are all the very reasons I haven't been there for about + months and I will not be back anytime soon!!! Read more
I ordered online so I would NOT have to wait in line. The lobby is closed, so I end up having to wait in the car cue. Then they... tell me they accidentally gave my pizza to someone else! ???? I already paid for it, so now I have to wait for them to remakeit. They turned away a lot of customers saying "only online orders". They left me waiting for over 20 mins.
