The decor is very nice and modern and the place was very clean. We started with the mango shrimp spring roll and then went on to... plates of lemongrass pork on vermicelli and hoisin butter chicken over rice. The spring roll was one huge springroll cut in halfand served with fish sauce. It was beautifully presented. It was very fresh and tasty as well. The lemongrass pork was alsobeautifully presented and very good with the pork perfectly seasoned and had a very nice char on it. The hoisin butter chickenwas also well seasoned and nicely presented. We also found the portions to be very generous and we had leftovers to bring home.We will be back. Read more

AMAZING! The pho was delicious and had so much meat in it! The braised beef belly baguette was tender and juicy. The zucchini... noodles were a great low carb noodle substitute. The lemongrass tofu was very flavorful as well. Plenty of parking availablebut they close at 8pm which is kind of early. They rarely have croissants available for the sandwiches which has beenfrustrating. Bring back the pork belly and get more croissants please!!! Read more

Really refreshing take on Vietnamese cuisine. There are, of course, some very delicious traditional dishes, such as pho and... spring rolls, but there are also some more creative dishes, such as their coconut prawn vermicelli. There is even a kid menuoption for parents. The drink selection is really good as well. This includes a selection of very tasty margaritas andteas. The atmosphere is very trendy. Nothing was dirty nor in need of repair. The staff is very friendly. I definitely intendon becoming a regular here. Read more

Really cool inside dining area! Pictures of the Vietnamese motherland and other cultural bits. The service was good as we... literally walked in when they opened up on a Sunday morning. We had the beef filet mignon pho which has beef broth it was verytasty to say the least. I also had their brisket bahn mi sandwich with an egg! Add some sriracha to it and it?s magical! Thisplace while it has its Vietnamese roots is more Americanized but I?m sure will still satisfies the palette of many stomachs. Read more

Stepped through the doors and I can already smell the homey pho broth in the air. The restaurant?s decor was done nicely as it... is industrial chic with modern flair and a splash of Viet cultural references. Loved the framed pictured in the bathroom thatportrays Vietnam, especially gangsta grandma with a jack in her mouth. Now onto the food! Floppy Belly Spring Rolls had a goodbalance of tender meat, veggies, and noodles. Side of nuoc mum (dipping fish sauce) was a perfect balance of sweet and salty. These were some very big rolls so I felt like I got my money?s worth. Pho with Meatballs had a depth of smokey flavor I?venever encountered before. Normally, pho places surely have that distinct pho flavor but never smokey and they try to achieve aclear broth. Albeit the broth here was not cloudy but the color was darker than the normal. It added to it?s appeal for me. Ireally enjoyed it here and look forward to having this dish again. Lemongrass Bone Marrow was an exciting option on the menu!It looked fantastic when it came out. I think the bone marrow may have lost it?s own flavors among the lemongrass and thebaguette was extremely buttered. I would have liked less of it. Steak and Eggs, which I was looking forward to was everything Ihad hoped it to be. The steak was seasoned well and was not over done, it still held it?s tenderness. The eggs were sunny sideup with a crispy edge, who doesn?t love crispy edges on their eggs?! The shishito peppers were charred, soft, and a greatcompliment to the steak. These also had no heat, so don?t be afraid to eat them. Get that vitamin C, ya?ll~ Tomatoes were fullof juice and flavors. It?s like having a small portions of yummy tomato soup bombs in your mouth. There was also sweetVietnamese sausage which was an interesting appearance. Puffy Beef Tendon Chicharron are like fancy pork rinds except they werelighter and made of beef. They were salty and I think I?ll skip them next time. Overall, it was a fun place to t Read more

Beautiful build out, fun and funky vibe. The menu is small and simple but the dishes are complex. You definitely get value per... item as the dishes aren't small. The fillet mignon pho was tasty, but it could have used a little more flavor per my preference, but there's nothing stopping you from doctoring it up to your taste like any other pho restaurant. The Buddha egg rolls stoodout more than the brisket spring rolls to me, both were very nice I just got more flavor out of the egg roll. Of course we trieda baguette, the tofu was great! I'm not a vegetarian but my girlfriend is and I really enjoyed it. I'd you're looking for a banhmi this is equally as delicious. We also ordered the kids vermicelli and chicken dish. He's a picky eater, but I really enjoyedthe curried brown sauce on the chicken. Very flavorful, but not the best if your little one doesn't have an adventurous pallet. The passion boba tea was refreshing and all three of us enjoyed it. Read more
