I was guided to Leaf & Grain by friends and was blown away by the quality of the food! I had the Pollo Laredo, which was... delicious. Bright, crisp flavors and a great mix of textures! My friends salads all looked great (I snuck a taste of the otherdishes at the table!) + a really neat little grilled cheese & tomato basil soup! Nice! Simply AMAZING! Now I know that sounds too hyperbolic when it comes to rating a "salad place", but you have to eat here to... understand. I was amazed at what they can do with a salad and a salad bowl. You can taste the freshness and you can hear theenthusiasm in the voices of the employees here. The McKinney location is a very short 1 minute walk from my office downtown andI cant get enough of these salads, bowls and breakfasts. It doesnt matter which one you get either, you can bet your you knowwhat that it will be fresh and delicious. This is one of the best habits I have developed. Stop reading this review and getover there and eat, already. The Oasis, the Herb Your Enthusiasm, The Alamo, The Immunity...so so so good.
