Worst customer service and expensive tasteless food. The Manager (Hasan) is very rude. ? We ordered 4 plates but the waiter... brought us only one. Then went to bring other three since it wasn't ready they rushed it, kabab meat was either burnt or raw. ?Ceiling was leaking on our food and table. We told the waiter but the manager ignored the issue. ? Some of our bread was darkblack burnt. ? We been customers of Layal for a long time but our last visit was the worst experience we ever had in Houstonrestaurants. Perfect location and no parking charge only weekends. Very good food and tea with good price . Great customer service. I come... there to study every day. Going there helped me pass all my exams. They provide me with everything I need and more. Waitress arevery nice specially Mahdee and the manager hassan is very helpful and respectful . Great place to spend your weekend withfamily. I visited this restaurant last weekend and the food, hookah and Arabic tea were sooo good. Prices are good and the service was... also nice. The parking lot is big and there?s also valet parking service. My overall experience was great ???????????????? Iwould definitely come back!! Read more
Amazing halal Mediterranean place, good menu for kids and adults (although it's a hookah lounge). Different dishes on different... days, mostly self serve as well. They have a separate table for self serve fruits/desserts/drinks which is unique. Long line anda little cramped but I didn't mind that. Read more
I have been going to Cafe Layal since the day they opened. I have always had top quality service and food. I love the... atmosphere, they even got a spot for kids to hangout while we adults smoke our lives away ;). I have nothing but good things tosay about them. Just Got New Menu . Nice hookah place with nice Mediterranean food . Their full roasted chicken is superb. Full of energy and... very friendly staff. Their owner Hassan is very attentive and real concerned about his business. I saw him going table to tableto inquired about food and service. New menu is coming next week . This place open late night and very safe . Valet parking withno charges but you pay as you please as a tip to hard working guys . I would ask Hassan to update their toilets and insidecleanness. One of the best hookah coffeeshops in Houston and the place is really big and amazing. The renovations going on bow will make... this place outstanding!
