Order my food and asked for no sour cream. In front of me he takes it off and wipes of my plate and hands it back to me. The... server won't let us talk. Asked for plastic silverware. When i was going to say about the sour cream he interrupt and says yesthey're bringing out the silverware had to cut him off and say i want going to say that. We had four kids... And automaticallyok 4 lemonades had to tell him no i have 2 and she had 2.... Ok so 2 lemonades... No one coke and one water. We tried to get noice on the kids drinks yes i already had that but wouldn't let us tell him. I will give the food a 5 star, but the service was bad our waiter Karina never came to see if we wanted anything else, I wanted... to order a second margarita but she never came, she was not friendly at all. But we still tipped her well. We would have donethe suggested tip but she did not earned it! Very disappointed it is one of our favorite places to eat!! Read more
Where do I begin describing how amazing the food is here!?!? Their food is so authentic and delicious and their margaritas are... fantastic!!! My husband and I like going here for tasty Mexican food. The atmosphere is so relaxed and laid back. We like to eatoutside on the patio when the weather permits because it gives us an opportunity to laugh and enjoy each other?s company whilesipping on our drinks. We found this restaurant via Google since we were in town for a funeral, and none of us were familiar with the area. This... restaurant is beautiful. The decor is unique and airy with an outdoor feel to it. The lighting is great too. The service was notvery friendly, she never brought refills, only came by to pick up our plates afterwards, not one smile, and we had to hunt herdown just to get our bill. The food was disappointing. Perhaps it's because we have a higher level of expectancy from Mexicanfood establishments, but the food here was very bland. They had absolutely no flavor to them. We ordered a variety of things andit was all the same, very generic. We were two couples, and two of us ordered enchiladas, one cheese enchilada plate, and Iordered green chicken enchiladas. We were surprised to find out that they do not come with tortillas, so we had to order thoseextra, and they were very raw. When my green enchiladas arrived, they were not green, they were red, so either she didn't writeit or they simply didn't read the order correctly in the kitchen. I just kept them because I didn't want to have to wait forthem to make them again and she didn't even notice she got it wrong, it she didn't care. My sister ordered the mini tacos andthey had absolutely no flavor, and no seasoning to the meat, the onions were not grilled and the plate came with no beans, itwas a huge disappointment. My husband ordered the Carrasco plate that comes with a variety of items, all bland, no flavor, norice, no beans, no tortillas. I ended up having to share my plate with him, it was so disappointing. When the waitress came topick up our plates, she tipped the plate down and the dirty fork fell on my husband's dress shirt. She handed him a napkin andcontinued to take the plates to the kitchen. I?ve been living in this area my entire life and have never been to this place and I?ve certainly been missing out. To start,... their queso is great. The lunch was delicious. My boyfriend got the mini tacos and loved them and I got the chicken withcilantro and jalapeños and added queso on top (forgot the name of the meal) and it was amazing ???? If you plan on coming with a big party don?t. It?s not the waiters fault but they only had one waiter for a room of 40 people.... The thermostat was set to 80, we ordered parrilladas and brought the food out before the rice and the beans. Then we had to keepasking for tortillas multiple times. By the time they finally brought us the tortillas our food was cold. Again if yourrestaurant is not staffed to have a party of that size then don?t. The food was good, the waiter was nice but the poor guy wasmoving back and fourth so much that he would forget what people were asking for. Also, there was mold all over the vents and inthe restrooms. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. What a disappointment. Read more
