I loved the place! The owner, peggy, is the sweetest soul ever! She welcomed us with the nicest and biggest smile. La plume has... the best crepe cake especially the rose crepe cake! And they have the best hot tea ever. And she was even generous enough togive us a flower stand because my mom said she liked it! Honestly would 100% recommend to visit this cafe. Read more
