Great marinated fajitas! Ready to just throw on a grill and chill
Worst ordering experience I ever had in my life. For starters NO one speaks English in there and even the menus are in Spanish.... I wanted a regular breakfast plate with eggs, potatoes and meat ( bacon or sausage) unfortunately they couldn?t understand aword I said so I ended up getting their disgusting rice and beans because she kept pointing at it and some kind of egg that hadhotdogs in it. They are not very friendly or helpful if you don?t speak Spanish. I literally was crying inside because I wasalready in line to order but the lady behind the counter kept making these faces like hurry up and buy blackie. I would neverstep foot in this place again. I prefer they put a sign on the door that says Spanish only instead of making blacks feeluncomfortable. Went and got 1lb of barbacoa and 1lb of fajita. The one by south post oak will serve it with a few tortillas per meat order.... Okay maybe they don't do that anymore. Fine. Still they didn't carry any packaged tortillas and the in house weren't prepared.As I checked out, I saw the ladies behind the prepared food counter start heating up tortillas... (I had asked them abouttortillas when I ordered and just said if they weren't out already they didn't have them yet) kinda annoying to see them preparethem after the fact. Kinda lame you can't buy tortillas at basically a mexican/ hispanic meat market. Made no sense to me. Andyeah the cashiers at any Michoacana aren't helpful or out of there way nice to you. Went to a gas station , a checkpoint, witha little taqueria inside and I bought in house tortillas from them and a packet of packaged tortillas. Those ladies behind thatcounter were helpful! I decided to come back to this location because it's way bigger. I usually go to the one on south post oak and i couldn't stand... going there, it's super small, always crowded and just feels uncomfortable to me. They have more meat selection and overallbigger stock of merchandise. The staff is very helpful and i was able to find my favorite weekend beer. Read more
