They had a sign for Roma tomatoes for $1.99 a bag, they would not honor that price at the register. Then Ricardo, the manager,... started talking to me in a very disrespectful manner. Very poor customer service. And everything is overpriced. Read more
This is one of my favorite stores to go to but I'm highly upset because when I went to get two orders of the fajita chicken taco... meat it was 4.59 a pound but the special said 1.59 a pound for 2 lbs when I went to the register I had tortillas and a slice ofthe tres leches cake the cashier told me that the meat was $10.59 a pound. I told him that I asked the butcher how much was thechicken fajita meat before leaving. The cash register went to go check the price and I was correct but the butcher told the cashregister that I was not able to receive the meat because it was the wrong price. So I will gladly take my money somewhere elseafter all these years I've been eating and buying food from this location for several years. Day 1 actually. Whomever is cutting the meat there is either slacking or not well trained. Fajita meat is full of sebo. The costillas looked... like they were cut by a 3 year old. I got thickness from 2" to 2/8 ". La Moreliana does a better job. Read more
My wife bought me two tacos from here for my lunch break. They were the most horrible, flavorless, dry tacos one could eat. The... "meat" was 75% grizzle and spongy cartilage, the rest was beef meat. The flour tortilla was small and cold. I work 3 mins up theroad. I can't believe how bad they're service has gotten. Before they had a good kitchen staff but have fallen off completely!Never going back there and definitely after reading other reviews about the spoiled meat, won't be heading back. Read more

It's a small Mexican grocery store but has everything you need to make your recipes. They have a butcher shop in the rear and a... small restaurant for those quick fixes of taco and sometimes menudo. They also have a small bakery with all the tasty breads.It has lots of parking and with security. Most of the time I go there after 5pm when it's not too busy. It's a great place toshop for groceries if you don't want the hassle of Kroger's or Walmart. The only grip I have in the store is not all theemployees speak English, especially the butcher shop. Out of all the La Michoacana stores around my area this is the go tostore I hit up for convenience and hassle free. Read more
