This is the last time my family and I shop here. We wanted to order some tortas and some tacos. When you go to the kitchen and... try to ask what they have as far as meats for the tacos and tortas they tell you to go to the cashier to pay first. After youpay then cashier send you back to the kitchen to pick up your food. We went back only to find out they didn't have what weorder. Kitchen lady then tells you what she can give you and after looking the meat was old and dry. So we decide to cancel ourorder and she gets all mad. We go to the cashier to get a refund and they had to send us to the original cashier because she wasthe only one that knew how to do a refund. Then she was asking me for the kitchen ticket to do the refund even though I gave herthe original receipt. Completly unacceptable and no one apology. Horrible representation of Mexican cuisine... Do Not Shop at this location! I purchased chicken to cook the night of the 16th..thankfully I smelled it first. It was spoiled.... I called the store today to notify them. She said it?s been 4 days..which it has but I tried to cook it on the 16th. Even if Itried cooking it today it had a sell by date of the 24th!! Wth? This is the 2nd time this has happened, last time they exchangedit. I don?t want anything now I just want to warn potential customers of the way they do business. First off the employees there are kind and helpful. Their produce is the best and ALWAYS fresh. The butchers are helpful and... their meat is ALWAYS fresh and their marinated meat is delicious! I love this place! I have another Michoacana closer to me, butthis one is by far the best and I'm willing travel the extra 5 miles. Read more
The place is reasonably well stocked but the help is useless especially when it comes to dealing with non-Hispanic. No one there... speaks English, not even the cashier as a result the order gets messed up. I'm wondering if the employees are even documented. Read more
