Thats so funny that I just saw a bad review that starts the same way I was going to...which is that of all the Michoacanas I've... been to, this is the worst (in the prepared food category)!! Yes it is! Only thing is that the other reviewer was referring tothe service, but I'm referring to the actual FOOD! The food at this store looks the LEAST appetizing! Everything looks like itsbeen seating there a LONG Time! Most importantly, some of their "main" dishes seem prepared from stuff that they're"re-purposing" (or trying to get rid off) from the day before. Which in a way I understand and can accept, but also make FRESHstuff from that day! For example at another Michoacana they make a fresh picadillo with Ground beef, which is very enjoyable andeasy to eat. But I was at your store this past Tuesday (Dec 7th) and there was a similar dish but with like chopped steak orsomething and when I got home to eat it, it was completely inedible! Every bite I had to spit it out because I couldnt evenchew, it was like all GRISTLE and nothing else!! I think you guys need to visit with the other Michoacanas and see how they dothings. Of all Michoacanas I've been to,, Food service is the worst, food is good but the ladies are way Beyond slow they were talking... laughing and taking forever to serve the food. I was the only one there and it took them more than 15 minutes to give me a caldode res and 4 tacos I mean food is already done, all they had to do is serve, there's no excuse and a man saw they were beingvery slow "on purpose" and he complained to them. I wish the one by my house was this perfect this is worth my drive though I mean they do an outstanding job on keeping the store... clean, organized, and loaded with product. There?s also always fresh food in kitchen and this table with variety of sides whichis my favorite part! I would give it a 10 if I could. Read more

I've been to others with no issue but at this location the cashier had a really bad attitude and basically told me to stop... wasting people in line and her time all because she thought she knew more. The whole issue stemmed from her believing Samsungpay would not work, I told her I'd like to try and she told me to stop wasting her time, very rudely I might add. I told her ifit didn't work I could use my physical card but fortunately Samsung pay went through just like it always does at any credit cardpayment readers. She continued saying samsung pay doesn't work and kept telling me stuff under her breath as I walked away. Inever got an attitude with her and I actually thought she was kidding at first. Read more

I promise you its always our people doing the most... closing before they even close ...... they should be lucky to even have a job with economy now a days ...No customer service at all.
