I went to buy barbacoa and pico de gallo this morning!!! Needless to say I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! The barbacoa looked... like ground meat and tasted as if it was warmed up after being frozen AND THE PICO DE GALLO was not fresh at all! Someone needs to come and train the entire staff on how to provide customers with proper service. The entire staff that works... here are mostly rude and it seems they all hate their jobs, and it reflects on their attitudes and their job performance,especially with the gentlemen that work in the back in the meat department. They make you feel like you're a mere annoyance totheir daily routines and they have no patience whatsoever with customers. Gotten a chicken taco and it was spoiled , the amount of food I received was great and now it's less.. poor customer service.... When I returned the in un-bitten taco I was asked.." so what? You want a different taco?" "Yes I do" I replied, very badattitude. Sad being Raza tambien. Read more
We went to the Store today to get some food from the Taqueria and it was the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. The... worker at the cash register was EXTREMELY RUDE and the so called Manager did not help and could barely understand English.
