I originally went in to get carne marinara and the price listed was $11.99 lb but they were out so I told him I'll take the... regular fajita meat which was priced at $9.99 lb and when I was in line I realized that he had charged me for the carnemarinara. I went back and I told him about it and he tells me that the meat he had gave me was extra tender and had no fat..????I went ahead and asked him where was this meat at and where is the price for it?? He didn't respond, he just went ahead andchanged the price on it and gave me my meat. I didn't like that at all. I wonder how many people he has done this to??? Read more

This is the third time the same lady wouldn't let me in the store 15 minutes before they're supposed to close. I even told her I... just needed some milk for my baby. She didn't even acknowledge me once again. This is the worst La Michoacana I've ever been toin Houston!!! Read more

Been here many times, and the food is amazing, its always fresh and consistent with amazing flavor :) I will say it can be... difficult to order tacos if you don't know any english, but 9/10 they will still get it right! Its seriously worth it though, trust me, the tacos are AMAZING. The rest of the store has a great range of snacks to fresh produce; and even a meat market. They also have different types of fresh salsa they make there you can get, and sometimes tamales and candied fruit. I seriouslytalk about this place all the time and almost always go every weekend or at the very least craving it. Read more

The fajita marinada (the red marinade) is a bit pricy at 8.79 a pound, but WELL WORTH IT! They have a good selection of meats,... all of them very fresh! Produce is top notch, better than most large grocery stores, and the selection is definitely geared tothe Hispanic/Latino customer. I also bought some premade tamales (jalapeños and cheese) and they were pretty good. Not as goodas my mother in law's tamales but they were ok in comparison. Prices are definitely higher than large grocery stores but thequality, in my opinion, is much better. Read more

terrible service. the ladys who works in the taqueria are lazy. I call place an order for pick up 1 hour before they close. and... the lady at the register said they are closing down already. all I wanted was some tacos. management needs to hire people whoactually care about the service they give.
