Being going here since I was a kid. Great drinks. I love their jumbo burrito and their tamales. Locally owned and operated.... Great service. Breakfast, lunch or dinner are all winners. My all time favorite Mexican restaurant. Read more

The Margaritas where good because they're not strong. The nachos I had to send back because the fajitas where super tough and... the sour cream looked like water. For sure not good. The Charlotte beans are good. Good atmosphere in the patio. I suggestthe ground beef Crispy tacos over the fajita. Again. The service was bad as usual but I don't rate it off of that consideringwaiters come and go daily. I'll come back . Read more

While in the mist of looking for a great authentic Mexican food, found this place but the only thing Mexican there is the name... in the restaurant's name. LA Mexicana. Beans didn't taste like they were made fresh from the pot, instead had a flavor of comingout of the can. Nothing wrong with that just not the way I like them beans. The meat was cooked and served hot, cheese andsausage had no flavor normally a light spicy kick is normal but this one had no taste. Rice tasted a few days old. Frys weren'tfresh they tasted as if they were frozen then cooked. The food could be better and the service was mute since entering the doorthe hostess come to brings to a table and never said a word neither spoke back when my wife asked her for an extra menu for ourson. Despite the servers and waiters having little tables to attend service was a bit slow. Plates and portions were mediumsize. And for 3 plates and 3 drinks place is a little expensive. In my opinion try a different Mexican place before this one ifyou really want outhentic Mexican food. Read more

Great place with nice ambience. Good portion and the waiters are very nice. I just wish they didn't charge $3 for a little... jalapeno on the side... and those werenot hot either!! We forgot our bag at the table, they brought it to us while we werebuying the candies. The candy/dessert shop is a must try. Read more

Solid Mexican food restaurant. The wait staff was attentive and very nice. Enjoyed all the entrees and the appetizer. I... thought the food could use a little salt. Will need to come back to verify. Would recommend if you’re looking to change upyour routine. I would still recommend El T/Ninfas for when guests are in town and you want to “show them Htown”. Read more

First time eating here, it was busy so naturally I assumed it’d be good. The food looks delicious but on arrival was cold and... the meat was chewy, as if reheated. The rice was crispy as if it had been sitting out in the open. Our waiter was Miguel ÁngelG, he was rude & cold, seemed to be having a rough morning. Customer service is definitely not their top priority. We weren’tgreeted upon entry & when taken to our table it was still dirty. I had to request a different table. We had to wait a while fordrinks & had to order everything at once. Definitely felt rushed to eat and go. Parking is limited but as to be expected withthe area. Read more

I’ll let the pics talk for themselves.. but yea… drinks to food… not recommended at all… drinks empty since our food... arrived, tortillas not cooked all the way thru, eggs not cooked all the way thru. Chips were burnt. Salsas all watered down.Just a huge hell no…don’t waste your time, yet alone your $$. Read more

Been here a few times. Food is good. Not a bad choice for a place to eat. The chips and salsa is so good I eat too much before... my food comes out. Read more
