We are in Houston visiting family and I was craving Mexican for a quick bite and we came across this restaurant nearby, it was... beyond expectations! We got the quesabirria tacos, tacos gabor, and the tostada ceviche with mango and habanero. They were alloutstanding! We particularly loved the ceviche and shrimp tacos. We will definitely be back to try the the other dishes. Thefood was fresh and tasty. Very authentic like I?ve had in Mexico. The atmosphere was great! The waitress/bartender was the best!!! So friendly and helpful with the menu. She told me about the... vegetarian options and the drink specials. I got the frozen mango margarita. It was a little sweet for my taste but it was good.I ordered the coliflor tacos. The salsa that they came with is so SPICY. If you like spice this is the way to go. If you like spicy food try the Aguachiles dare to see if you can finish it all The PeacadoCeviche / Fish Ceviche is white fish with vegetables and is is so exquisite. The chucks of fish are a perfect size and perfectlycooked! There is a shrimp and fish ceviche as well as a regular shrimp ceviche and they are all delicious! Perfectly cooked andperfectly spiced! This joint is truly special. I've had every taco here, from the berria to the chapulins/crickets! Because the facility is so... small and has a long bar, the place is very comforting. Highly recommend trying this place out for authentic Mexican food!!!! Read more

The Baja shrimp tacos and blackened fish tacos were delicious and very well priced. The ceviche tostadas were very fresh and... easily some of the best I've had in the area. One of the main attractions at this local spot, and what essentially brought ushere, are the wildly dressed micheladas. Unfortunately, as attractive as they seem, the popular drinks were very basic in flavorand are really just made to look pretty for your FB or IG photos. I expected more for the $15 price tag on them. I can say withabsolute confidence that I personally make them better at home. Asides from that small smag I would definitely recommend thisplace to friends for the food and maybe the less flashy, and more moderately priced, micheladas. Read more
