The staff is horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I was just going about my... day and made the mistake of ordering food from this particular location. When I say the stuff was rude for absolutely no reasonI mean it! I just came through the drive-through to order a 2 piece meal but my total was not given at the intercom its raining hard... outside so when I get to the window the little Spanish girl wants to take the card not speak just kept repeating the total Isaid hello she closes the wind in my face and it's raining mind you so I took my card back when a older Spanish lady came to thewindow this is not the firsf time this has happened this is a lack of good customer service for real they need to be trainedbecause this leaves a bad impression for this restaurant and their staff Read more
Service was very fast. Chicken pieces were much bigger than Popeyes. No one had an attitude because I was white. I'll not be... going back to Popeyes. KFC has it all over them. Read more
Terrible unprofessional staff. Not well trained and refuse to correct their errors. Very few goo service employees most are No... service oriented staff. 3 out of 4 times ordering, the order was not correct, and when get home and realize they?ve made amistake, you call and call and call and you may or may not get anyone to answer the phone. The manager is rude and would notmake the orders right. Bad bad service. Orders 2 Three piece all white chicken dinners, got 2 pieces instead but paid for 3. Another time order a 8 piece bucket, got 3 Thighs instead of 2 breast (only got 1 breast). They did not make either ordercorrect. They do not care. Read more
Now I understand why the reviews were so bad. Chicken was so soggy that it ripped through the box. Tried the chicken, slimy,... soggy, room temperature. Didn't help they were out of diet Coke. Just kind of the cherry on top. When asking questions to theperson at the window, got no response via the speaker as well as the window. I know it's fast food but.. I guess I at leastexpected good customer service. Still going to eat KFC, just not from this location. Read more
Great food, clean place. Online pickup is rather slow though, they seem to prioritize drive thru.
