I don?t post much and it?s been 2 weeks since I went in and honestly I went to churches today and it just made me mad at KFC... again. 2 weeks ago I ordered the 2 piece 2 sides meal. Leg and thigh. And omg the pieces were so small. I have a video of mythumb next to the chicken leg( the leg disappears) and the thigh could have been a golf ball. Staff is doing their best first off. Leadership isn?t helping. I mean this as corporate leadership not anyone in the store. They... don?t have working computers, they are short staffed and area manager is no where in site to help their store. Great job for thestaff doing their best! Corporate needs to help the store more! I am so disgusted with what I just put in my mouth from this place. The chicken was uncooked. Had to throw it away. The... french fries looked like they were a week old. I gave some to my dog. Order two $5 fillups boxes and then changed my mind and ordered the $20 bucket. The guy that was cashier that day got upset or... bothered because of the change. He called his superviser and told her we changed our order because we were "difficult". Kept ourcool and still ate there. Its OK tho, will return to eat there again. Read more

Worst of the worst. I have bigger vehicle to go drive through. I requested. She acted like she didn?t see me. Kept insisting... that I can?t order if my car won?t go through while she is speaking to me and doesn?t want to take my order. In this much timeshe would have took my order and I would have been very satisfied customer. I come for KFC and customer service. Tonight thelady on duty didn?t want to be customer friendly. They give me and the lady next wrong sides but the chicken was fresh and More tastey than other KFCs.
