Awful. absolutely awful, save your money, don?t EVER come here, they said they gave us ?free? cookies, and never gave us any... cookies. they also charged us 7 dollars more than what it said on the menu, and they only gave us three dollars back. thechicken was also stale and the biscuits had a hair in them. This is the worst KFC for customer service. I sat here for 45 min on lunch. And they are rude. I saw them huddling inside the... office while I stood trying to get their attention. And one of em who is the chicken cooker just starred at me like I wasn'teven there. Overall the way they treat people is terrible. Update! Drive through supposedly out of order. They asked me to come inside to order no wait great. Food was not hot. They forgot to... give me my chickenpie for my son who has a tooth ache. I tried calling them They don't answer n they didn't give me areceipt . I asked for an extra small gravy as a courtesy since I had to walk inside she said no 1 35. Gees n the kept mychicken pot pie. Typical KFC. Very little activity at this location for a Thursday at lunch. My meal came out quickly and accurately.
