Awful. absolutely awful, save your money, don?t EVER come here, they said they gave us ?free? cookies, and never gave us any... cookies. they also charged us 7 dollars more than what it said on the menu, and they only gave us three dollars back. thechicken was also stale and the biscuits had a hair in them. This is the worst KFC for customer service. I sat here for 45 min on lunch. And they are rude. I saw them huddling inside the... office while I stood trying to get their attention.
