I have always loved KFC. This place does a fantastic job getting orders out fast and accurately.
We went thru the drive thru and we couldn't really hear them when they will to say anything. Then we got told to pull up front... to wait for our food. So that wasn't a problem but what made us not happy and getting mad. It was the fact we had gotten told itwas going to take 10mins for the fries and popcorn chicken to be done so we said ok. Then when it hit 10mins we had seen a fewcars go by with their n even park after us just to get their food and yes they even got fries. Then I was told they're makingours ( meals ) and they will be right out. It was another 10 minutes and 2 more cars left with their orders. But what top thecake on this is our food was not hot at all and the so called fries were looking like they were just cold n looked like theywere left there for a while. We had to heat up everything we had. So that will be the last time we're going to this location. Read more
I've tried giving it multiple chances. Every single time I'm left more disappointed. Once they didn't have any sandwiches.... That's fine. I get it. I've ordered my favorite item multiple times and it's always made wrong. The employees are almost alwaysrude to me. Tonight I ordered my favorite (Nashville tenders) with extra sauce and extra pickles. As some cruel joke they put nosauce or pickles. They also failed to give us a receipt, so now I'm stuck with food I don't want and I can't do anything aboutit. It's worth it just to go to another kfc or restaurant. I'm sorry, but with my first bite a knew something was wrong. Kentucky Fried Chicken is the highest priced fried chicken for a... reason. For my price I got fried fat, less meat, soggy and undercooked with one of my pieces. I couldn't finish the meal. Youguys can do better!! Read more
How in the world can this place be still open. I just ordered some food and try to go in and the door is locked. I watched in a... 10 minute time period at least 8 people go to the door and find it to be locked and get back in there car and drive off.
