We placed an online order through the KFC app as simple as it was for me to place the order; this location had the most... difficult time putting our order together. When I showed up through the drive thru to pick up my order I was asked to park onthe side and they would bring my order right out. Shortly after an employee walked out with 1 of 4 items ordered. I told himthis was only one part of my order, I pulled up my order through my phone and he went back in the store to collect the missingfood items. Before I left I checked the order and again they missed my extra order of 4 biscuits so I pulled back in the drivethru and asked for my biscuit order and some hot dipping sauce. The lady at the drive thru window handed me the biscuits but nodipping sauces. I didn?t even try anymore, they are a bunch of high school kids having fun at work so why bother. I got home torealize they had duplicate an order and on top of that it was a wrong food item. I ordered a Mac n cheese bowl and they providedme with 2 mash potato chicken bowls. It was such a terrible experience that I will never go back to this location or possiblyany KFC for that matter. The food tasted awful too. We fed our $30 KFC order to our dog. The employs super nice, great customer service, the manager tells us about KFC history and encourage the employees to do it, but... for my surprise, the did it with a great joy and satisfaction, woowww that was great. I love them Read more
1 star is too much for this place and the employee whoever was on drive tru yesterday 07/09/22. I decided to do uber eats on my... spare time. To which I had to pick up an order that is already paid for the customer. All I had to do was pick it up from thislocation and take it to the customer... by the looks of the order it was for an entire family and not just an individual. I gotoff to pick up the order to which the door was locked. I went around and went to drive tru and let them know I was there to pickup an UberEats order for the customer named Adoney.. to which the young girl said " We're closed" I told her again. Yes but Ijust want to pick up an oder that should already be made its for UberEats. She then says. "There's nothing here" to which Irespond again " its not there, or you just don't want to make it" she responded again " there's nothing here" I told her it wasokay i would report her... but let's be real... this place won't care... but I do feel horrible about that family waiting ontheir food... for all I know they didn't have a transportation to go out and buy food... and this place left them hungry fornight. I didn?t receive my receipt, and part of my order I asked for the spicy sandwich alone (as in not the meal) and instead they... gave it to me plain. I ordered $60.00 of chicken. Got home and the chicken breasts were spoiled. Tried calling but no answer. I asked for my receipt... and was told they couldn't give me one because printer wasn't working. I will not go back to this location. Ridiculous to paythat much and couldn't enjoy it. We work hard for our money and it was just like throwing $ out the window. I think I will callthe health department on this location. Read more
