I don?t like to give bad reviews to this kind of fast food business but this store is the worst, the costumer service is like... zero? the ladies there have bad attitude all the time? and don?t even ask for the 2.99 $ special they get mad about it like theyown the restaurant? So I just left from this location to get a two piece special. The dude at the window told me that they don?t have a two piece... special and that what I ordered which is two piece and a biscuit was 7.99. I left without getting the order because he werelying. I went to another location and the lady told me all kfc have the two piece special on Tuesdays for 2.99. The memoriallocation is taking people money and I will report them to corporate because this is the second time they have played with me. Read more
Spicy chicken had zero spice. 3 piece box meal had one mystery piece that I think was a quarter of a back piece or maybe the... elbow from a wing. Terrible attitude from the General Manager Rashika to one worker that was helping me in drive through. She hasn?t the right to... scream at the employees specially in front of a customer. The chicken tasted bad. I think the oil it was cooked in was old or stale. I had to pull off the skin it was so bad. I bought an... 8 piece meal in original recipe. Ordinarily I love this chicken. This lady is very rude , completely ignored me for 5 mins . While coming from the dining area. While she was on the phone with... Bluetooth headphones . But didn't have any problems doing drive-through orders even though I was the first customer.
