I have to update on my last two visits in the last month. It looks like some of the old staff is back and the service has... improved. The chicken quality has returned and who I believe to be the owner at the window was very polite and efficient. Igive him credit for seeing the need for change.10/26 I used to visit this location quite often since I?m the weekly cook and Iwant a change to our menu. There appears to be a change in ownership and definitely a change in staff. The chicken is no wherenear as tender and the size of some pieces are smaller. Time for a change. Read more

There's fundamentally one job in a drive-thru. Be able to take an order and then get the order right. Unfortunately, the person... working today couldn't even take the order. There was clearly a language barrier which I know is no fault of theirs. But it wasfrustrating enough that I had to leave without ordering anything. I can imagine this is why this place keeps getting lowreviews. Good luck KFC. I really wanted some fried chicken today. Read more

I ordered 8 pieces bucket with no thighs. Got home got 6 pieces chicken no thighs. Called KFC rang noone answered then someone... picked up and hung up the phone. Recalled 4 times line busy. I will not buy chicken from that business.... Read more

I wish we had read the reviews! Something has definitely changed at this location. If people take the time to read comments... about this location, the franchise owner may be in big trouble. This location gives Kentucky Fried Chicken a very bad image. Nowto our experience. We ordered two all white meals and both were very very overcooked. The French fries were old and the biscuitswere dry. The only thing that was almost eatable was the coleslaw. Additionally, the service was horrific! They did not havestraws, cup holders, and failed to provide receipt. The chicken was poorly packaged and not secure in container. The drinks werealso poorly packaged, which allowed spillage. The person who took the order was pleasant on the speaker but absolutely rude atthe window! Read more

Person at the window was rude and we had to repeat our order several times. Ordered extra gravy wich we didn't get. I got a 3 PC... chicken meal and two of them were either overcooked or old, the other had batter that was undercooked. The sides were mashedpotatoes and corn which had zero flavor. Horrible experience for $25.50 and no receipt. Read more

Do not change the shortening every day they change the shortening once a month and filter 3 times a week chicken is not supposed... to look like this tenders are not supposed to look like this the best thing about coming here the Tropicana, fruit punch l willgive another try. Read more

The food is good but the service is not we waited for 30 minutes to get our order and when we walked in there was no one there... just us first they said their is no original only crispy so we placed our order for the crispy 15 minutes later they said it'sgoing to be another 10 minutes and after 30 minutes waiting and seeing that everyone else that came in after us and the drivethrew was getting their food we finally got our order when we get home the only chicken in the bucket was original chicken theonly reason we ordered crispy was because we didn't want to wait to long to get our order and all that time we waited wasbecause they put in our order for original. But other then that the place is nice but forget about the service. NO I would notrecommend this place. I will look for another KFC next time. The one star is for the service not the food. Read more
