Ordered a 3 piece meal and literally got 2 pieces lol can?t make this up
I love KFC but I cant say I recommend this specific location. I got the chicken sandwich and as you can see from the picture it... was very over cooked, dry, and even burnt. Needed water to swallow it. Giving 2 stars cuz the Mac n cheese was good. Read more
We ordered a tenders meal with mashed potatoes and a chicken sandwich. They handed us the drink (which tasted off, like they... need to clean the machine) and asked us to pull around and park at the front so they can bring our food out. 15 minutes laterI?m sitting there with 3-4 other cars waiting on our meal. The food was hot but our order was not correct and I wish I didn?thave to wait so long, I was tired and only stopped because I?m too tired to cook. KFC! I know this place has a love/hate relationship with so many people, but yes, I'm on the love side! Every time I go to this... location everyone is so friendly! I love extra crispy yes, KFC has it! Their chicken tenders and seasoned wedge fries are suchan awesome combo! And...they have a special Mountain Dew called Sweet Lightning, it is the best Mountain Dew ever!! So yeah,maybe not the most healthy, but it is so good!! This locations staff is very helpful and gets your order correct. Justremember, just because you don't see alot of people eating in doesn't mean their not busy. Online ordering has taken over andadded to their work load (they are busy when you walk in) so just be kind and they'll be awesome to you too!! Read more
Just had to throw away more than half of the bucket of chicken tenders away because we were crunching chicken instead of chewing... it, the tenders were raw, it?s unbelievable. Purchased from this specific location. Do something about it. Read more
I feel compelled to share by experience from today. You see, I have childhood memories of KFC being great. My father would buy... KFC nearly every Mother's Day so my mom would have to cook dinner. It wasn't the best, but we all enjoyed it. Today was verydifferent. I want to the KFC on Louetta and 249 (for the first time in about 5 years). I downloaded the app and ordered ahead.We arrived, and they told me that my order had already been picked up - but I am me, and I didn't get it. They said they'dre-make it - no problem. I asked for for our cups. The drink machine looked like a disaster and was in serious need ofdeep-cleaning. I pushed the ice-dispenser and got 2 ice cubes AND AN ORANGE BALLPOINT PEN ???? FELL INTO MY CUP. I'm not evenjoking! I walked to the counter, my stomach in knots, now, as I contemplated germs mixing around all of the ice in thedispenser. I really wanted to take a picture, but the lady at the counter took it and threw it in the trash before I could. Mydaughter had black flecks in her cup after dumping her ice out. Every table and seat in the restaurant had crumbs and/or greaseon it. We cleaned our own table to eat at. The floors were dirty, and the parking lot matched the inside of the restaurant withtrash everywhere. Besides giving me their "classic" rather than their "spicy" chicken sandwich whichI ordered, and not givingus all the cookies we ordered, the food looked old. My individual mashed potatoes and gravy had old and crusty gravy all aroundthe edges. Word to the wise: pull off the crunchy skin to see what is underneath before you take a bite. The meat was minimal,and somehow I got a bunch of backbone and a good lung nugget to boot! Gross! Oh, and they never apologized for the ballpointpen in their ice/my cup. They just got me a new cup. I Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was as if it was days old. Some areas I could hardly even bite off. I... don't know what happened there but I didn't enjoy the sandwich. The server was unprofessional and rude. Went against the health law. Nasty place. Couldn't get the order correct on our order... and the couple behind us and there order was wrong and rude to them. Manager or who ever she was needs to be in a different typeof job. One where she doesn't have to deal with people. KFC needs to take a closer look at the people they hire. Read more
