He went above & beyond to prepare my order fresh as I requested. And did so with a wonderful sincere smile. Got a chicken bucket in the drive-thru for our Christmas Eve meal. Staffers were courteous and friendly. Mac and cheese, cole... slaw and biscuits were really good. Unfortunately, the Extra Crispy chicken seemed a bit overcooked, with a lot of breadingthat made it hard.
