I ordered the original recipe chicken, it was hard and very salty, the gravy was soupy with no flavor. Mashed were acceptable,... but they're instant and the best part of the meal. Read more
I had a bad experience yesterday going to this location to place an order. While in line placing order she told me to move to... next window. I heard what she said but but was taking my money out and that is when she yelled at me "I SAID MOVE TO THE NEXTWINDOW" Once I got to next window the other lady told me that she has a bad attitude all the time. When I made it to work,called in and she answer the phone. I asked: Who I am speaking to and she reply "WHO ARE YOU". She even told me she was themanager called Camile which I later found out that was not her name and that Camile is the actual manager. Called in KFCCorporation and related the message. They did took care of me with respect and immediately contacted the store about thesituation. Few minutes later the actual manager contacted me and she was really nice about the whole situation. She even offerto give me a meal on her. This is why I actually changed my review from 1 star to 3 star. I will definitely give them anothertry. Read more
This location did a phenomenal job for me with a large order that I went in and placed. I wasn't expecting them to have it ready... so quick, but they did and I was so grateful. They truly did a stand up job that evening. I commend them for such an outstandingjob while also maintaining the customers that were steadily coming through the drive-thru. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!Went to get food for the family. At 3:15 pm 12/20/20 on Cullen and Reed rd. Ordered a 24 PC... wings and 2 KFC bowls. Drove to the window and was told they were waiting on my wings. Received food, drove home. Wings weresuper dry and seemed to be cooked at an earlier time and reheated. same for the chicken in the kfc bowl. Nothing was fresh. I'mso upset. Just wasted $30 plus bucks.
