What an amazing experience today, I haven't been to this location since like 2011 and was hesitant to go because of my previous... experience and the restaurant looked messy and sticky floors...BUT WOW!! THIS KFC IS THE BEST LOOKING ONE AND HAS THE BEST STAFFHANDS DOWN. The shift manager was amazing! He was very helpful and even went out of his way to inform me how to get a freesandwich by participating in the survey at the bottom of the receipt. Food is the usual quality, but i dont like when they hand you your drink and ask you to pull to the front to wait for your food... rather than wait at the window. I said "but there is nobody behind me" and the guy at the window said "yea but the timer isrunning and your order is not ready". Not my fault you are slow! Read more
This is a KFC/Taco Bell that is clean, and convenient to Beltway 8, and Metro 4 line, as well, as the 152 and 68 busses. Good... food and fast service...and loose change in the parking lot and near the cash register if you are lucky! :-D Read more
My cashier on the receipt reads ShawnJ I Hope that?s her name. She?s really nice and got me my food in under 5 minutes. I did... have to pull around front because I ordered food from both sides of the menu and didn?t want to clog up the drive thru whilewaiting on my food. The tenders were great. This particular location had no wings but the food was fresh. They do need more staff for faster service
