The main big guy with a beard and dreads in his hair is so rude! I get to the drive through to look at the menu and i am told i... have exactly 55 seconds to order or to go inside because i am on his time! One of the other employees personally apologized andsaid he was always rude and didnt know why the man is still not fired!!!! I am so furious and will go else where to spend mymoney! It's a shame, I used to work for KFC in the 80's. KFC as a whole has managed to absolutely ruin one of the best chicken recipes... ever. Their Original Recipe is absolute garbage now. Even when they get close to the way it used to taste, their product isinconsistent. So I ask myself why do I keep giving them my money. The answer I came up with is, not anymore! Read more

I honestly do not like going to this location. Please ask for a receipt and check your receipt. Without permission or being... informed Staff is adding coupon books and donations when swiping your card at a totally different price from your originalprice!! Every time I come to this Location they always mess my order up. I hate to say it but the employees don?t care about how they... handle your order. Please have your employees take their time and appreciate folk spending their hard working money. We workjust like they do. Service was abysmal. Management clearly not doing a good job since they only had two guys working the store. The app is not... accurate because it gave me an early pick up time. I was told extra crispy would be an extra 15 minutes and after waiting for 10minutes, I was told that it would be another 20 since he hadn?t dropped it in the fryer yet. Food portions weren?t even proper,fries didn?t even fill the cup. One guy almost walked off because no one was at the counter to take the order. Probably justgoing to go to Popeyes from now on. I was asked to back up behind the red pole as I get my payment ready so I don?t mess up their drive through time. Then asked to... pull around and wait for wings. Long Wait. Given the wrong order.
