Very good food and guy who took the order got it right and was very friendly.
This is the second time my family goes to this location and we are giving very poor service. The employees are not very friendly... or courteous they are rude instead. The first incident when we asked for fresh fries my mother was told she had to go into therestaurant to purchase french fries when we were in the drive-through this was a week ago today is July 16 she purchased anotherpurchase through the drive-through and she asked for some fresh fries and they told her they didn?t have no fries at all theywanted to give her something else but that?s not what she wanted and she asked him don?t have any fries at all in the at thislocation and I told her no that they did not have any fries this was the manager that was on duty around 2 o?clock and whoeverwas running the window the young lady was not very friendly . I wish I could give negative 5 stars. I will never buy chicken here. I ordered the family meal . The chicken was so dry and... overcooked, I had to toss it in the trash. I asked for plates politely, and the girl at the drive-thru gave me the ugliest lookand bad attitude. She rudely said, we don't have any. Don't spend your hard earned money here!!! Read more
I came after work today around 6:50 pm and ordered a bucket of 8 pieces of chicken and sides. Once I got home I discovered the... chicken to look like it was half eaten and so did the biscuit I came back to the store to show them my concern and it wasdismissed as the chicken got caught in the machine and the biscuits as well. Which the food clearly looked eaten. I asked for arefund because that is absolutely disgusting. The food was hot, ordered a pot pie cashier forgot to put in bag, went back in informed the cashier about the chicken pot pie.... didn't check the chicken order made it home ordered extra thigh was not in the box, yes I drove back to get the chicken I paidfor please check your order before leaving the gentleman was very nice did not ask to see receipt, gave me the missing part ofthe order. Ordered a fill up box with grilled chicken breast and got a flat looking breast with barely any meat and was dry, not fresh.... Also their fries were disgusting and looked gross. Will not order them again. They never give you your receipt so you have toask for it. Read more
I ordered a grilled 3 piece chicken meal... seriously? I believe they are using quail, then the price paid for it. Ridiculous!
Very good although no Dr Pepper and front registers weren't working for credit cards.
