For take out it was good not great but good. The server had a little attitude I just let it go I wanted to get home with our... food. I had KFC a couple of weeks prior it was much better. Sign says lobby closes at 9 however when I went the door was closed at 8 pm . Staff would not let me in

9/6/21 2:20pm Used to love this place but the Manager has caused it to go down hill. Ordered a #12 (chicken sandwich) with... cheese added. The lady taking the order was nice & asked if shredded cheese is okay. "Yep, sounds good". I then hear the managerin the background say "We don't put cheese on our sandwiches". The nice lady is surprised and asks me "Do you still wantit?". No I'm good, I'll choose one of the other 100 options within a mile radius. Please cancel my order. Funny how these"managers" think customers have just one choice & will take what they can get. Ain't the way it works ;-) I'll now up thestreet having a good pizza where they customer service is great and they treat customers like they're happy to have them, versus"you're lucky to be here". Oh, and the last two times I came through the drivethru, my order was wrong. This was Strike 3unfortunately. Rude staff. Order to go is messed up most the time, so make sure you check your order before your leave the place. Last time,... the manger was very irritated because I was trying to to make sure my order is right, and guess what? When I get home, It wasmissing one of the side! Read more
Staff very friendly and offer fast service. However I ordered #16 famous bowl and requested chicken on the side as I don't eat... it This bowl had mostly chicken, very little gravey and cheese. Very disappointed and didn't look very appetizing after I tookout the chicken. Read more
Tried this location again...no change the chicken was old and everything was very soggy. Normal my family fights over the... chicken but this time we all eat one piece and called it a wrap. We ended up making chicken and dumplings with the huge amountof leftovers. Went there at 8:30. Just gross. I have to remember not to eat at that location. Read more
