I had ordered from the mobile app, drove 15 minutes to the location. Reaching the location and heading through the doors, I saw... that several employees were on their phone. They had given me a meal and told me everything should be in the bag. I trustedtheir judgement and proceeded to leave. Upon leaving, I thought to myself, "I should check what's in the bag". Only one meal wasin it when I ordered several. I went back in, and they had told me "They just realized I gotten the wrong order". I understandthat people make mistakes, but I don't appreciate that they premade everything. I had ended up waiting another 10 minutes whilethey sorted their order system. I ordered several meals, one of which contains Nashville hot chicken tenders, and they weresupposed to be sauced up. I got a dribble of sauce and dry stale meat. I will NEVER go to this location again, NEVER. How can several people get one online order wrong 3 TIMES? All that is required... is reading and putting the order together. First they forgot my chicken sandwich, my son whom picked the order up, had to wait20 minutes for them to make the sandwich then they forgot my 2 mashed potato bowls. Once again he had to go back and this placeis not close to our home. He was treated very rudely upon arrival. The person who helped him after the initial contact was nice.My mashed potato bowl was mostly mashed potatoes and maybe 5 pieces of shredded cheese. The chicken was extremely greasy. Allthey needed to do was read. I?m sure someone there is competent enough to at least read. This is the second time I?ve had a badexperience at this location. The tall Jamaican woman at the register was not very approachable, negative attitude no smile no friendlyness to here. She... seemed agitated at our questions when we weren't from here. I don't recommend they put her in front to great people Read more
First time trying this location. Tried to order 12-piece bucket meal of drum & thigh. We were told we can't order it like that,... it only comes mixed. Their menu clearly shows bucket options for variety OR drum & thigh.. I've never had a problem at otherlocations, sometimes I'm asked to wait 10 minutes or so as they're out of thighs and working on cooking more.. My boyfriendtells me it's fine, he'll eat the white meat chicken, no problem.. Once I get home and check the bucket, I find that there are 6breasts, 3 wings, 3 thighs, & ZERO drums. Clearly they were trying to get rid of their white meat chicken. Only the thighs weregood. The rest were so dry, difficult to eat. Biscuits were cold, not warm at all. Sides were bland.. Ordered a pot pie on Saturday, July 2nd and THIS is what they gave us! A warped up crust where the filling was dry, rubbery and... inedible!! HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS??!!! ARE YOU DOING ANYTHING FOR QUALITY CONTROL??!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!Couldn't eat when I got it home because it was just so dry! I called the customer service number and the agent named Jasminesent us a voucher for a replacement pot pie. I had no way of sending these pictures to the corporate office, so I am puttinghere hoping someone sees them. I look forward to enjoying KFC again really soon, but at a different location. I also shouldmention that I had to wait a bit before they even came to the speaker to take the order and I noticed the car in front us wasasked to wait on the side. Another horrible quality chain restaurant waiting to dry up and fail. After visiting tonight I see why. The nastiest greasy,... "crispy" chicken I have ever tasted from a KFC. Do yourself a flavor and find another restaurant. Read more
