I went before and they declined service because they were "out of chicken" if you are a chicken place and you don't have chicken... then just close... my wife went today and noone was there. I called the store and they confirmed they were open so she went backand asked for 3 drum sticks and 3 thighs and 2 breasts and they didn't give us this. this is the worst kfc I have ever been too and I normally come to kfc and they are normally are so sweet but not this time.I... walked and there was people waiting that seemed annoyed.An employee made a comment to another one saying ?can you hurry up andmake this chicken so these people can get out my lobby.Completely unacceptable while also completely yelling at another coworkerjust terrible.I love kfc too but it makes me never want to go just a really bad attitude. It's been a long time since I've had KFC chicken and I am so glad that we got some tonight. Now I know why my wife never wants... to go here! We ordered a 12-piece bucket and paid extra to have 6 breasts because dark meat did not work for me (will make mevomit). What we got are 6 greasy, nasty thighs! Also, your side choices are apparently mashed potatoes with gravy, Mac n cheese,coleslaw and that's about it. What happened to the corn in the cob??? Before too long, they won't have regular chicken anymore,but instead, just chicken nuggets! Yeah, I think we're done with Kentucky Failed Chicken for good. Read more
The inside felt as hot as a jungle. The floors were sticky, there was advertising material on the front register. I also saw... flies flying around. The food was good, not great, but good. Next time I go, I'll go through the drive thru so I don't see thisagain. Read more
Food is typical KFC food. You know what you are getting. This location, however, is pretty dingy, inside and out. Drive thru was... not working for awhile, so we had to go in. Inside looks like the outside; In need of a good cleaning and painting. Doesn't givean impression that you are eating from a cleanly place with sanitary standards. Read more
Horrible drive through experience. Waiting 30 mins and have the drive through guy come outside and ask me my order 5 times. I... went inside to ask about my order and told them my order 3 more times. They didn't give me my chicken sandwich or large mashedpotatoes. I will not go back to this place. Read more
Quite possibly the worst kfc I've been to, and that's saying a lot. Do not go at night as the lady who works the drive through... is beyond rude. Been a few times but never seem to be able to order anything. She'll tell you to hold and never come backdespite no one being in line. She'll claim the speaker is broken despite responding to you. She'll even tell you they're out ofchicken at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!!! Every so often I forget about it and end up going back just to be reminded why I drive awayempty handed every time. Once again this please disappoints me. It's always something on the menu that's not available. Anybody that works the drive... thru, need retraining. Matter fact the whole store needs training.
