Food was good, ramen was good. 3 for 16$ rolls Dine in then got something to go. Service is great. The place is kinda small.
My wife and I visited on Saturday evening around 630pm. It is a small place with booths and tables. Atmosphere and decor are not... the highlight. We were sat immediately and greeted immediately. The selection of alcohol is small. They only have beer andwine. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. . The food was good and priced reasonably. . Appetizer: Peanut ButterJalapeños- 10/10 . Sushi: Smoked Salmon - 10/10 Spider Roll - 8/10 Rainbow Roll - 9/10 Volcano Roll - 5/10 Vegas Roll -8/10 . Dessert: Mochi- 9/10 (first time to try mochi) Banana Foster - 8/10 . I would recommend and we will come back to tryother sushi rolls. Read more
We were so hungry y'all almost didn't get pictures lol. We were surprised that there was no free snack given for dining in. We... had combination rice, California rolls, and shaggy dogs. We liked that the shaggy dog had a bit of a kick to it. We reallyenjoyed the food while we were there and the service was great. For some reason, we didn't eat the leftover sushi we took, andthe leftover rice I did eat but it was super greasy. Read more
One of THE BEST spots for authentic sushi in HOUSTON!! If I could ever say I love a restaurant this would be the first! I drive... 45 minutes to and from just to eat here & would definitely recommend to any sushi connoisseur. Definitely try the LobsterFantasy Roll & Tonkotsu Ramen(Spicy). Read more
I went to dine in with a group today, it was our first time going so we were a bit anxious. However we were met with the best... food and service ever. Servers are sweet, attentive, and do their best to complete all your requests, and everybody i saw woretheir masks correctly as well, such a plus! The food was beyond this world, hot and steamy and so tasty. The place is a bitsmall, but that was ok since we were a small group. Will definitely be coming back. Read more
A little disappointed. After looking at the rating and most of the reviews, I decided to try this location. I love the... location, the quaint atmosphere. The sashimi and the sushi was really good and the soup was really good. However, the rice onthe spicy tuna roll not seem fresh. Also, I asked to upgrade the spicy tuna roll and pay the difference I was told there was noway they could do that even though I was willing to pay the full difference in the price. Lastly, they were a little slow, notthere any sushi places ever fast. It was bad enough that the table behind me asked for theirs to go because they had to get backto work. Read more
We've dined in twice and both times left pretty satisfied. We loved the black pepper beef and spicy chopped scallop. Yum! I... liked the seared salmon belly. Uni and snow crab spoons were okay. They have a happy hour menu from 3-6. Service was good. Wewill be back to try more items. Read more
The most unassuming sushi restaurant by far, but definitely some of the best I?ve had for the $10-15 roll range. There is actual... creativity occurring behind the counter, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered something new in the otherwise mundane sphereof similar ?local sushi shops?. While it is a no-flair experience, sushi lovers will fall in love with the good food. I willdefinitely be coming back. Read more
