I visited this location Sunday, 19 Jun 22, as part... of a MINT Dentistry promotion that offered a free smoothie in celebration of Juneteenth. I trusted MINT with whom they chose topartner, and I wanted to support this Black-owned business, even if I missed the event. This was my first visit to therestaurant chain, so I checked the reviews and menu to get a better idea of what to expect and what I could order. I arrivedduring the last 30 mins of the event to a lively gathering of happy people enjoying themselves, some smoothies, and music from alive DJ. After checking in with the MINT staff, I went inside; Liliana kept the line moving smoothly. I chose the TropicalTrippin' out of the promotion selection, gave my name for the order, and was able to find a seat easily. I received the shakequickly, and it was delicious! I was still hungry but wanted something warm; however, I have a severe dairy allergy. Makena wasquite helpful in answering my menu questions. I was undecided between the well-described Hot Cocoa and the well-reviewed GoldenLatte; she recommended the Hot Cocoa. I ordered that and the Breakfast Wrap, grilled and without the feta; both werescrumptious! I did order the Golden Latte before I left since it had such wonderful reviews. It was quite tasty and soothingwith its multitude of warming spices, but my favorite drink hands down so far is the luxuriously creamy Hot Cocoa! What Inoticed most at Kale Me Crazy was the care and attention-to-detail that was demonstrated by the owners and the staff in allaspects. Incredible atmosphere, service and food! I tried this place on a whim as it?s across from one of my favorite happy hour spots.... As the name suggests it?s a healthy restaurant serving food,smoothies and juices. I tried several items to get a good feel forit and enjoyed them all. The smoothies are made to order and were good, thick and satisfying. The chicken pesto wrap was greatand so flavorful. And the staff and owner could not be more incredible.
