We had a corporate event at K1 this week. The national coordinator I worked with, Michael C. was super helpful and made booking... with them a breeze. Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my 7 year old, decided to make it a surprise for him. We waited for over 1hr plus. Till I... decided to go over and asked, how much longer we need it to wait. They told us that there was a private party going on. Nobodytold us that, when we sign in. To have a 7year old waiting for that long, it?s just ridiculous. Must be nice to informedcustomers before making them wait for hrs. Not so professional. (Beside the place it?s not even that full).. we will never comeback here.
