We love coming to Jollibee to get our fried chicken and Filipino food cravings met! ***Food (the most important part!):*** ? I... always get the 2 piece Chickenjoy with 1 side with regular chicken. I love their jolly spaghetti and palabok and swap betweenthose as my side. The fried chicken is crunchy crispy yet somehow also moist and juicy while also full of flavor. I can't getenough of it (one time I ordered a 1 piece Chickenjoy meal and HIGHLY regretted not ordering one more piece of fried chicken,lol) ? Spicy Chicken Sandwich is delicious with the sauce, jalapenos and the soft tasty bun. Fries are what you expect - areliable side ? Their mashed potatoes and gravy is solid ? I love dipping anything into it such as their adobo rice, fries, andfried chicken ? Pineapple quencher is not very sweet, which is a huge compliment. It's refreshing and I love that it's notoverpowering my meal with sugar! ? I hope they bring back their Ube pie ? we really thought it was great and not too sweet (agreat thing!) with a flaky outer shell ? We've done dine-in and take out and we are always so happy to see how crispy thechicken is STILL after sitting in a take out container. Magic. ***Customer Service & Interior:*** ? It was very clean andstaff provides nice service each time similar to Chick-fil-A ? Bathroom is consistently clean and well stocked ***Parking &Drive-Thru:*** ? Never had an issue with finding parking during the daytime and early evenings (between 12pm - 8pm) ?Drive-Thru is also reliable and quick enough For me, if something didn't meet my taste preferences (which is very subjective toeach person and you can't please everyone), I wouldn't knock a star off of a review for them. clean place, good service. chicken is definitely delicious, meat is tender with crispy skin, pineapple quencher is so good. the... yum burger is delicious but kinda expensive, not really a fan of sweet spaghetti sauce, i wanna try more food from them but ialready know I'll go there for chicken for sure. We had not tried this Jollibee location in the Houston-metro area, but it was pn our travel route and we decided to check it... out. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was on par with what we have come to expect at the best run Jollibeelocations in the USA It was a pleasant surprise and we will definitely stop by thus location the next time we are in the area. My first time trying this place. Very clean and nice service. Almost like a Chick-fil-A in terms of being clean and having nice... customer service. Fried Chicken is crispy and flavorful. Adobo rice is good, has a nice garlic aroma to it, and not dry likedirty rice. Mashed potato and gravy is pretty standard. Spaghetti is too sweet for me as I prefer savory spaghetti sauce oversweet. The pineapple drink is refreshing and not overly sweet like the typical soda. Definitely will get the fried chicken againnext time might try the spicy version. This is the first time I visit the place it was nice and clean, but unfortunately after eating I had stomach pain and easier... sharp. The oil may be old or the chicken is rotten. I don?t know if it was just unfortunate timing but the restaurant was understaffed. I don?t blame them for that. I am sure due... to Covid and various things as a consumer I don?t know caused this. Being as fair as possible the restaurant was pretty tidy andbusy. My food came out hot and fresh. Overall, it wasn?t the jolly experience I remember when I first tried it in other statesand countries. Perhaps food quality isn?t up to par yet here in Houston? Eitherway, I know it can be better. I don?t rememberthe quality of food in the downtown location but I am willing to bet they are a bit more staffed at the very least. Read more

Let's get the Negative out of the way first. The sauce on the Spaghetti was VERY tomato-ie ???? ( To Me, you might like it... tho ) Ok Now my full review. Please visit Jollibee, The Spaghetti truly was not bad, it has Winnies in it, not ground beef orchicken & this was not a problem for me. The noodles ???? were nice, and not bottom of the barrel. The cheese ????, wastasty. The portion of all ingredients was good in my book. NOW that fried chicken ???? ( Spicy for me) was on point, meaningit was Fried properly, Not dried out, Very nice crunch. Flavored " Seasoning " was on ???? point. Just on my personal level,( we ALL have that one correct? ) I could have Doubled the Spicy & I would be in hog heaven ???? .
