Saw someone comparing this place to KFC/Popeyes. Not sure what world they live in, but this is MUCH BETTER QUALITY then both.... The chicken actually tastes like chicken and is juicy. I liked the spicy but to each is there own. Wasn't a huge fan of theAdobo rice but the mashed potatoes with gravy were delicious, so good I had to order another one. The service workers unlikemost fast food people seemed to actually value their job and had a great attitude, even make a recommendation for my wife andalso made sure the food didnt have peanut oil. If they had Coke/Dr. Pepper products wish they didn't, I would give this place5-stars... Will be back on future trips to NRG stadium/Medical District area. Read more

First time trying Jollibee. It was alright. I tried the original and the spicy chicken, the palabok, the jolly spaghetti, the... peach mango pie, and the pineapple juice. I liked the chicken. It was hot and fresh and the crispness is just like Popeyes. Thespaghetti was sweet with cut up weiners in it. That was ok I guess. My bad lazy pot of spaghetti is better than this to behonest, but for fast food spaghetti, it's pretty decent. The peach mango pie was like peach cobbler with no cinnamon or vanilla,no spices, but it was good. The palabok was an acquired taste. It's a no for me right now but I could end up liking it. Overall,I would eat the chicken again for sure, but I'm not making a special trip just for that though since I live far from therestaurant. They need to build one on the northside. Read more

Most of the patrons in this restaurant were Filipino. I ordered the fried chicken and didn?t think it was good as Popeyes or... KFC. It?s similar to Church?s with spices that probably won?t appeal to most Americans. My order came with fries that wereunsalted and undistinguished. It curiously came with a side of gravy. I wasn?t sure if this was for the fries or the chicken. Read more

*** Different, in a good way *** I love the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The Yum burger was not my favorite but it was... good. My main complain was that the place was dirty. The tables and floor needed some cleaning. Read more
