Average pub grub, great selections of tap beers and bottled, several flavors of Jameson on hand for crazy shots. Good feel
On Tuesdays they have steak and it's kinda expensive and just meh. Comment from owner: Thank you for your feedback, however the... steak is done by an outside vendor. If the three stars is for your actual service with us, please let us know so we canimprove. Reply to owner: You're right, I've decided to revise my review. Three stars indicates "it's okay" , but I think twostars indicating "disliked it" is fitting. If you bring a vendor to sell food in your business, it is representative of yourbusiness. It's up to you to decide if the quality doesn't represent Mcelroy's. Additionally, the blonde barkeep was rude andrefused to even make eye contact with my party. I live about 38 miles away from Jonnys but I came in town for steak night. I had the BEST bartender!! Crystal was so attentive.... They have an extensive beer selection & she walked me threw which beers I should try after asking for my preferences. I willdefinitely be back. Read more

Amazing service, cozy inside, and great place all around. Only downside, when it rains you have to walk through some mud to get... to your car. But we live in Houston, so the same can be said about most any other business in the city so it's no skin off mybones. Read more
