Reviews for Jin's Cafe Asian Cuisine in Houston, TX
The lunch special here is a total steal for how generous the portions are: $10 for your choice of entree, rice, an egg roll, and... tea. Besides the great value, the location is awesome. Most of the other shops in this strip mall aren't restaurants, so youdon't have worry about finding good parking during mealtimes (as opposed to the more hectic Chinatown). Read more
We came an hour before closing, so there weren't many people there. It is very quiet and nice. We ordered the lamp ribs, which... is a lot, and the eggplant with shrimp. Both were great. The staff is also very nice. I would come here again. Read more
What we ordered: fried noodles with beef, spicy lamb and dumplings. I ordered the dumplings thinking they were the cabbage... wontons in broth. I was wrong. the description said dumplings with cabbage but the cabbage was inside. the dumplings fell apartway too easy and weren?t that tasty. the spicy lamb was good, it came in a broth with vegetables and a side of white rice. thenoodles were flavorful they don?t need much soy sauce. the food over all was good not great, a little salty (minus the blanddumplings ????) the service takes a star away making it 3 instead of 4. we were the only people there fr a time and never gotchecked in until we were done eating maybe 20 min later. a party sat down to eat and left because no came to greet them or taketheir order. Really want to try the hype and yes it?s totally worth it. This is very authentic Chinese restaurant which my mom and I... definitely come back. The customer service is great, parking lots are plenty, and the food is awesome. We tried the wholetilapia grilled and the lamb rib. The lamb rib is juicy and tasty. My mom like the fish because of its flavorful. The manager isvery nice, she knows exactly what we want throughout the pictures. I?ll be back to try more dishes. Read more
The food is filling and tasty. I ordered the Grilled Tilapia whole. I also had mango green tea which came in a nice plastic... container. The parking was sufficient and the restaurant was partially filled so there was plenty of seating. My brother and Iwent to see our father. I haven't seen my dad in several years because I lived out of the country and when I came back toHouston, he had moved out of Houston. He came to visit for the weekend. They didn't have an issue with me bringing a cake I madefor my dad for his birthday. We were there a long time catching up. It was lovely because no one was rude or mean to us forstaying so long. Definitely a must try place. Read more

This Asian restaurant is incredible. Very Uniquely made and seasoned Asian restaurant far from the typical. This is my forth... day eating here and now My family is hooked. I was in search of good salt and pepper shrimp and they have it for anyone who is ashrimp lover. They are Less salty than the ones at Chinese buffets. They also have the shell on or shell off which I've neverheard before and both are good. In the Last four days I've had the salt pepper shrimp, shrimp fried rice, chicken wings that aredrumstick lollipop style and tender lamb which all entrees are incredible. So happy to have found this place. Lastly thedelivery food comes hot and fresh just like if you were there. Thank you and keep up the delicious food!! ? Read more
