It's hard to mess up JJ but I knew this was a bad idea the moment I walked in. Two guys and first they get the order wrong. It... was just a #9. The young man acted strange. They made the sub so quick I didn't see anything added, so I ask.. Did you addthe extras... He said yes. I'm a patient at MDA and this was going to be my lunch during my treatment. The sub had no taste. They only put a smidgen of mayo. The sub was dry and not the JJ I'm accustomed to. What a disappointment and I got thefootlong.... Worst sub ever.. Read more

I called and asked if they delivered I gave them my address and after alot of hesitation they told me no they did not deliver to... my address as it was more than one mile away. I asked who I was talking to she said Maria and then quickly changed the name toMary. We are less than a mile away from their store. I called another store give them my address and they told me that thisstore was the one that delivered to my address. I tried to call back and got hung up on several times. I order from here frequently since I work maybe all off 2-3 blocks down the street and it's hard for me to get out to grab a... bite to eat. First couple of times I ordered from this location it was great. They would show up sighing literally minutes afterordering. Over the last couple of weeks/months, the service has gotten really bad taking an average of 30+ minutes to drop off asandwich down the street but I felt with it cause it was convenient. Today it took an hour....... Yes... An hour. I understandthat I am not the only customer ordering food and that things happen that are sometimes out of your control as I too, work inretail. But a whole hour for one damn sandwich a couple of blocks a way seems ridiculous. Kid on the phone seemed to care lessabout the situation. This is more of a review of the restaurant than of the food. I have ordered here a couple of times, mainly for lunch while on my... break right down the road. The last three times I have ordered, however, the delivery was either cancelled, or did not show upwith no contact from the restaurant. I had to call to follow up. The food is good, but DON'T offer delivery if you cannotdeliver, AND if there is a problem with a delivery order placed, you should be the one reaching out to your customers to letthem know that, not the other way around. I know this location can turn delivery off, as they have done so before. Next timedon't offer a service you can't provide. And if there is a problem, do the right thing for you customer and take care of them. Read more
