Do not be fooled by the open and closing times on Google. This is the second time on a Saturday this place has not been open... when I arrived prior to 7 pm. Pick another location that is open. Do not waste your time and gas. Read more

Wow! So this is my first time at a Jimmy John's! I ordered a little john combo the cashier charged me full price for judt a... sandwich also tried to change me for free pickels. I told him that he didn't get my order correct. He charged me and extra 4.00so basically i paid almost 10 dollar's for a lil john combo! Read more

I usually order Jimmy John?s a couple times a month. Never disappointed. They make a great low carb option called an ?unwich?.... They always get it right and it?s always delicious! (and all that hype about fast delivery service? it?s legit!) Read more

Both guys working at the location 9079 Katy Fwy #A1 in Houston should not ever have a job in customer service. May 3, 2021... almost 2 months after the mask order for the state was lifted I was told I couldn?t be served unless I had a mask on even though5 feet away from me a man was sitting and eating without his mask on. Then I presented a coupon for a free 8? sandwich that Ireceived for joining the email list (that didn?t have an expiration date) and was told it was expired. I showed him the couponand asked him to show me where and he didn?t. So I barked an order at him to just make me a sandwich. Awful! Well, even I have to say something, once in awhile, that isn't a positive about a business. And I know a lot of you are going to... disagree here. But I'm one of those people that doesn't believe all this Mask Hysteria. I only wear the thing out of courtesyfor others when I'm in a very public place like a grocery store or shopping center. We were recently at this location and justhad a very negative experience with one of the associates barking at us about not wearing our mask. There was no lobby diningand we were simply sitting at a table waiting for our takeout order. The delivery associate came driving up nearly crashing intothe curb in front of the business parking in a handicap spot which I did notice he did have a handicap tag in his window, but ashe launched up against the curb slammed open the door and left it and then rushed into the restaurant I was still trying tovalidate why he needed the handicap placard. After a couple of minutes behind the counter he came all the way around the counterto where my son and I were standing and sitting in an empty booth along with only two other people in the entire lobby areawaiting for our order. This person took it upon themselves to verbally Acosta us about our mask wearing my son had his on andpulled over both his nose and mouth and mine I had slid down under my nose, still covering my mouth though. The Jimmy John'sassociate then indicated to me that I needed to pull my mask up I politely thanked him and said have a nice day and justcontinued looking at the story I was reading on my phone. This person insisted on suggesting/commanding several more times aboutraising my mask over my nose. Then threatening to tell the manager, who we had already had a conversation with before thisdelivery person had arrived, about another question that we had on our order. Sandwiches are great, but delivery is not! Jimmy John?s slogan is ?Freaky Fast?, and I?m literally across the road from them!... Ordered at 1:04, and delivery driver shows up at 2:05, and then tells me if I want my order to be priority, I need to orderbefore the time that I want it. 3 stars because the sandwiches are good. I order here often from my near by work location. However today 2 sandwiches had... something added or something missing that was clearly marked on the receipt. This is not the first time, but i always let itgo.. I called management to let them know the mistake. I was asked if we wanted a remake. I only have a 30 minute lunch so Ideclined. There was no other offer of anything for the inconvenience after that.. very strange to not offer the customer atleast something for the next time they order. Disappointed. Read more
